Hiatus Kaiyote plays @GSP (sf) Friday 11/1, 1PM, 3rd floor!

Video

Excited to announce that NAI from Hiatus Kaiyote will be joining us for a lunchtime set this Friday November 1st at 1PM at the third floor hangout.

Hailing from Melbourne, Hiatus Kaiyote is making a name for themselves with a kind of nu soul that reminds me a bit of the “acid jazz” stuff that came out in the early/mid 90’s (Brand New Heavies maybe?)

Prince LOVES these guys, he recently took to twitter and let his fans know that Hiatus Kaiyote is for real.

They’re playing The Independent, so let me know if you’d like to score a ticket for the show.
